What the tool checks

StableMatch verifies the receiving address, Base network context and native USDC contract before matching. It prefers an explicit transaction hash. Without a hash, a transfer must be uniquely identified by payer wallet, exact amount and timing; weak amount-only candidates stay visible for review.

Exceptions stay visible

The report separates missing payments, ambiguous candidates, duplicate transaction hashes, underpayments, overpayments and unassigned transfers. StableMatch does not silently force uncertain matches or claim accounting, tax, compliance or audit conclusions.

Evidence for month-end close

The free control pack includes input-byte fingerprints, a deterministic report fingerprint, close totals, reconciliation rows, exceptions, self-attested review fields and an HTML close binder. Fingerprints are tamper indicators—not signatures and not proof of identity.

Supported input

Use comma-separated invoice data with invoice_id, expected_amount_usdc and issued_at. Add payer_wallet or tx_hash when available. The transfer adapter accepts StableMatch's normalized template or BaseScan token-transfer export columns.

Frequently asked questions

Does StableMatch upload invoice data?

No. Parsing, matching and exports happen in your browser. The public application does not send your CSV contents to a server.

Does it fetch wallet history?

No. You export the relevant token transfers and choose the file locally. This keeps the reconciliation period and evidence source under your control.

Can it prove a transfer paid a specific invoice?

An explicit transaction hash is strongest. A unique payer-wallet and exact-amount match can be useful, but every result still requires finance review. Amount alone is never treated as sufficient evidence.

Is the product paid?

The current StableMatch validation beta and full control pack are free. Paid promotion is paused while real demand is validated.
